Step Five: Bond Posting

At this stage you have decided to select No Priors Bail Bonds to help you through every step of this process.  A California Licensed Bail Bond Agent will now draw up the actual Bail Bond and physically deliver it to the Jail.  The release process has now begun.  Please allow 3-6 hours for the jail to process the Defendant's release.  Just like (Step 1), the procedure depends on how busy the jail is.
